How do I place an order?
Ordering at Oyeshisha is easy. Placing your first order at
Oyeshisha? Just select the items you want to shop, enter your shipping address
and payment information and you are home. If you need any assistance give us a
call. We would love to take your order over phone.
How will my order be delivered to me?
Your order would be delivered through reputed courier
companies at your doorstep.
How will I know if order is placed successfully?
Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a
confirmation over email and text message from Oyeshisha.com This mail will have
all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My
Account -> My Orders if you have placed the order on your own online.
Do you take orders over phone?
Yes. We do take orders over phone. The payment mode
possible for these orders is bank transfer.
I tried placing order using my credit card but it isn't working. Can you
help me to place an order?
Yes if your debit/credit card isn't working we can always
take your order over phone. Do call us.
I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but
the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the
card?
Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure
if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a
payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days.
The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to
expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details. If your bank
informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to
our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of
the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The
expected timelines are as below: Net Banking 2-4 business days Debit Card 5-7
business days Credit Card 7-21 business days In case your order is not
successful and Oyeshisha has been deducted from your account money has been
credited to our account we would proactively initiate refund within 3
days
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with
Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order
has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount. If your order
has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and
contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. In case of Prepaid orders
Refunds will be processed as per our Return policies. Any Oyeshisha Credits
used in the purchase of the Order will be credited back to your account. For
certain product categories once you place an order, it cannot be cancelled.
This is also indicated on the individual product pages . In rare cases when we
are unable to deliver the product in spite of repeated attempts at the shipping
address, an amount of Rs. 1000 would be charged on the refund amount.
I got a confirmation call for my order. Why is that?
You receive a confirmation call for your order to verify if
there isn't any change with your order.
Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?
In order to place a bulk order please drop a mail to
support@oyeshisha.com with your requirements and the concerned team would get
back to you.
I am placing an order as a gift to my loved one. Will she receive the
price tags and invoice?
Yes. Because of the prevalent regulations we send the
invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can
be returned if your loved one faces any problem with it.
How do I do a trial of the product I purchased?
No any trial is available for such items.
Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?
Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another
order.
Payments:
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard or Netbanking and
direct transfer to our bank account through wire transfer. We also accept
payment online through PAYPAL secure gateway. We also accept any UPI pay.
Is it safe to shop online using my Debit card or Credit
Card?
All credit card, Debit Card and net banking transactions
are processed over a secure encrypted connection. So no worries here!
How can I pay if COD option is not available on my address?
If COD option is not available on your address you can
always opt for Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card. In case you don't have a Net
Banking or Debit Card option please contacts your bank for Debit Card/Credit
Card issue.
Are there any hidden charges?
There are absolutely no hidden charges. You pay only the
amount that you see in your order summary.
What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring:
Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details,
billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not
disrupted in the process. If your account has been debited after a payment
failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business
days. You can email us on support@oyeshisha.com or please give us a call with
your order number for any clarification.
I see debit transactions in my Bank Statement from Oyeshisha but I have
never shopped with Oyeshisha. What do I do?
If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for
purchases made on Oyeshisha.com, but you have never created an account or
signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues
authorized to make purchases on your behalf. If you're still unable to
recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 60 days of
the transaction so that we can look into it.
